always found 0.

Hi, I've got a problem. I(ve paid for this program, but it always finds 0 results for any term. In the v3.1 it quickly run through terms as "done - found 0" and in v3.4 it search for about few minutes and them writes "done - found 0". I would like to resolve this problem. Waiting to another day didn't help.
